Delivery

  • Australia-wide delivery: We deliver to major metro areas from Melbourne, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, and South Australia. Regional locations may have restrictions—call 1300 300 449 for details or a tailored quote.

  • To the ground floor only: Our delivery covers ground-floor entry only. In multi-level or hard-to-access properties, delivery stops at the front door.

  • Special handling & charges: If unconventional access methods are needed (e.g., hoisting over balconies), the customer is responsible for associated costs.

  • Delivery times: Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and vary based on item availability, supplier timelines, and location. These are approximate and subject to delays beyond Adriatic’s control.

  • Signature required: A responsible adult must sign for the delivery to confirm it was received in good condition.

  • Missed deliveries: If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery (Melbourne Metro): a re-delivery fee of $99 applies.
